Created to connect the Carmel Arts & Design District with the Carmel City Center, Midtown Carmel is revitalizing an historically industrial area of Carmel by providing over 300,000 SF office, commercial and retail space paired with multi-family living options.
Henry Mestetsky is the Director of Redevelopment for the City of Carmel and the Executive Director of the Carmel Redevelopment Commission (CRC). Henry has served in the role since November of 2017 and previously served the CRC as a Commissioner and Secretary for several years. Prior to leading the Redevelopment Department and the CRC, Henry served on the CRC as a Commissioner and Secretary for several years. Before joining the City of Carmel full-time, Henry was one of the top associates at the law firm of Dentons Bingham Greenebaum.
